Guys dressed as women simply does not work unless that guy has put in a lot of effort spent a fortune on fake breasts et al and still close up there is just too many signs of the former gender.
Women however can dress as men and look stunning, they have even adapted male clothing into female clothing and ended up with a much better look.
A tux on a women is the ultimate expression of that style combination it is so glam and sexy and yet naughty.
